I’ve only been doing my high carb- low protein- low-fat diet for a few days, but the mental shift is quite substantial. The shopping trip was hilarious.. Foods that I used to look at like, “I can’t even use this it’s too high in carbs” are now the only things I’m looking for. They end up fitting perfectly. I’m looking at my nutrition in a completely different way. One thing I’ve noticed so far is that I am a bit more hungry than I thought I would be, simple carbs are only in pre and post-workout, and it’s the COR). I’m taking note of everything.
This is my pre-workout meal- cream of rice, sweet potato, Blackberries, kamut one tablespoon of #p4pand a jalapeno… because #Iputthatshitoneverything. No fruit besides the berries yet.
