Don’t ever ever talk yourself out of going to the gym. Only associate it was positive things and feelings. Sometimes without realizing it, you will slowly convince yourself that you’re too tired it’s too late or too cold. But you can do it.
I know I’m late, it’s been a full workday &feeling hormonally rather drained and I have a lot on my workout plate. But there’s a reason for Pre-workout supps and left over coffee! Lol! I will give it my best shot!
