The exercise I chose for #FlexAppealMagazine is a little bit of shoulder work! Since I usually do a lot of heavy chest work, I almost never train the front of my delts, but this is a good finisher on your shoulder day. It also makes a great warm up depending on the weight that you choose. Start with a palms-down bicep curl, add a smooth roll up to a half shoulder press, come back down to chest, then hit full overhead shoulder press. Roll back down smooth and begin again for your second rep. Do not forget to come back down between the half rep! It's that half-up that gets ya!! Excellent pump!! Usually I will perform this exercise with a a vertical row 1st instead of a bicep curl. Love a little trap action!!!
