Sometimes you need a new environment. Something new to inspire. Ankhjii likes to bounce around gyms in various cities to get that new environment, new perspective, some motivation. Before The Arnold, she found a place to go right here in Toledo. It was Iron Works Gym owned by Jimmy Momany, an IFBB pro – that’s a pretty amazing resource right here at home! Finding out about Jimmy and Iron Works was extremely cool, but then it got even better. He opened up his doors to Ankhjii and told her she was welcome anytime. She already had the gym she worked at, plus the gym she would hit to get her work on, but Iron Works was different. It’s just got a certain vibe.
