As most of you know, health and physical fitness is pretty much 80% nutrition… how you eat and what you eat can make or break your goals.
Training hard does not give you carte blanche to eat whatever you want.. and having a tight diet wont give you abs of steel. It’s a combination of both that works. Tried and true people! So to help with that 80% (and because a girl can’t live on plain oatmeal and spinach alone!)
