I~ out did my previous heavy #squat by 20lbs #PR #1
~ finally broke the triple digits on my #OHP , I fought HARD for that! #2
~ added 20?lb to my bench for a single, and with that easily achieved my goal of just wanting to have 135 for reps. I could get sets of 3 before, but I want 10s. Not having a spotter makes this one nebulous in daily training tho. Pb #3
No Deadlift today, not enough time or energy, plus I’d just prd by 20.
Variables I couldn’t control- being sick/weak the week before, not sleeping the night before. Because of this, I was laid out for the rest of the night Variables I could have controlled- better warm up &stretch, & the brand new environment was a bit distracting. Sure, everything needs work, but the next wave of planning is already in place
Overall, a WIN. #Excited !!! This is just a stepping stone!! And, I got to learn how to use a #Monolift .YES. & play with a #ReverseHyper , my love machine!! OSIG is #WestsideBarbell certified.. I WILL be back!!! Shout out to Rob P. for showing us around and catching up after his #dfacworldcup !
