Just hangin out.. Chained to my dumbbell Boy was that fun to figure out. Definitely heavier next time.. Or do belt squat for faster set up, if it’s heavy enough.
I gave it everything I had today. I wasn’t invited to be pet of the #ImpactArmy for no reason. I didn’t eat enough and tanked by 60min, even after dextrose I pushed through, finished, excelled, and did some extra. I just couldn’t choke down more oats &cream of rice, so I made cereal with vanilla protein powder milk. Totally spent.
Now.. I have 2h to pull myself together before the trip that changes everything….
