#1YearAgoToday … I was eating the EXACT SAME THING. When you find something you like that works, stick with it! EVERY morning I have a few ounces of a green vegetable 2 ounces of onion a tablespoon of corn and half a cup of egg whites with mustard on top. Depending on #compseason or #growdeason, I add different toppings, and a side of peanut butter and oatmeal in varying amounts CLEAN as it gets!!! And my morning cooking process is always the same. Repetition.
