#HillSprints at dawn.. How I missed you!!!! These hills are everything for my #Oxygenation and keeping me from o2 dep during hard training.
10 total, with a jog to the park and back. 7 steep, 3 long. 37 min. Didn’t kill myself, I focused more on the strength of my stride than my speed. It’s been a few weeks since the ground has been good enough to be out here so I’m a very happy to get it this morning. Not a soul in sight.
