I made this soup in 8 min: And here’s my trick:
Sauteé/steam the 6oz broccoli in a hot pan with 2oz onion 1tbsp corn. Chop &add 3oz precooked chix. Put all that in a bowl, top with rinsed canned beans and pour chicken broth over the top. The cool broth is heated by the food and makes it the perfect temp to eat right away 100% on point.
Now you try. Use different sauteed ingredients, different broths.
