Waaaaooow am I sore!!! I can hardly get in and out of my clothes! So in love with doms all over again. Last few workouts I’ve designed have been brutal… sometimes you’re in it for the pain (gain leaving your last scrap of strength with the iron. My throat is a bit scratchy from the screaming! ;D
So optimistic this morning! It’s a late and slow start but pre breakfast cardio is 1st, then a huge list to start on being productive is my happy place!
