If you’re starting on your path to fitness, there’s a few things you might need to be aware of:
You may have to change your habits, eliminate self destructive patterns &adopt new healthy ones. You may have to buy a few things, like better food and gym shoes. You may have to stand up to your children, not cave, and have them eat greens instead of pizza. You might have to read a little bit educate yourself on what to do and how to best serve your health. You might have more bad days been good ones and cravings, scheduling and fatigue will be hard at times, but the payoff in Self Confidence and Accomplishment is Pride behind measure! Your health and quality of life are more important than anything. And most of all, you may have to fight this battle more than once! BUT you can do it! Change is the only way.
If you do nothing, if you change nothing… it keeps going on. Forever.
